Cannaculture SAS is a Colombian Cannabis firm, with a dedicated team with decades of experience in cultivation and sales and marketing. We have full production facilities that can produce thousands of pounds of export quality flower a year, with the licensing and permits to expand to whatever scale is required. We are now looking to add a new dimension to business, and with your help we can help change how cannabis is sold in Colombia.
What we would like to present you is what we feel is the future of not only cannabis cultivation, but retail, all fused into a vertically integrated, genre redefining model, as we will go on to explain further. Our landed cost basis in Guarne is fantastic. We have a long term lease locked in at an incredibly attractive price. But as it relates to delivering additional value to the end consumer:
The unique, colder and higher altitude climate of Guarne yields incredible, fragrant flower that is extremely rich in terpene and flavor. We specifically chose this location because we want to produce exceptionally high quality flower that varies substantially from what is mostly grown at sea level in most of Colombia.
Having flower no one else does is critical to our competitive moat, and to our premium brand positioning. Each subsequent pharmacy will have a finca that supplies it with the goal being to have a wide galaxy of different flavor profiles that leverage the local topography.
We can produce flower that can stand apart in a crowded marketplace and can command a cost premium, as well as being incredibly appealing to true connoisseurs of cannabis flower. And we can compete with anyone on price, meaning we will hold critical relative advantages on price, quality, brand positioning and value delivered to the final consumer.
